Tra i più illustri Mastri decoratori della storia si annovera il celebre pittore e architetto italiano Raffaello Sanzio , che nelle sue opere ha utilizzato materie cromatiche e raffinati effetti marmorei. Fu tra gli artisti del Rina- scimento che più di tutti sviluppò la conoscenza della materia, le sue opere innovative hanno influenzato nel tem- po il gusto di molti palazzi. A 500 anni dalla sua scomparsa, la nuova collezione di finiture di Raffaello Decorstucco , vuole rendere tributo al grande artista dal quale prende il nome. Il 2020 coincide inoltre con il trentennale dalla nascita di questo prodotto che più di tutti ha contribu- ito a costruire la storia degli stucchi decorativi Oikos. Due anniversari importanti che abbiamo voluto celebrare collegando idealmente la nuova collezione al genius loci di otto città italiane: Venezia, Firenze, Carrara, Vicenza, Roma, Tivoli, Napoli e Milano, dove lo stucco applica- to, con particolari tecniche e finiture, ha caratterizzato la decorazione in parete, ancora oggi ben visibile a tutti. The most famous master decorators in history include the famous Italian painter and architect Raffaello Sanzio (known also simply as Raphael ), who used colour tex- tures and refined marble effects in his works. He was one of the Renaissance artists who more than anyone else developed a knowledge of the material, and his innova- tive works have influenced the taste of many buildings over time. 500 years after his death, the new collection of Raffaello Decorstucco surface finishes intends to pay tribute to the great artist from whom it takes its name. 2020 also coincides with the thirtieth anniversary of the birth of this product which has contributed more than any other to building the history of Oikos decorative stuc- coes.These are two major anniversaries that we wanted to celebrate by linking the new collection ideally to the genius loci of eight Italian cities: Venice, Florence, Carrara, Vicenza, Rome, Tivoli, Naples and Milan , where stucco, applied with special techniques and surface finishes, has characterised wall decoration and can still be viewed by everyone today.
